This is unfortunate for me to complain against the Railways, but the service and the facility provided by the authority is so poor taht I am unable to compalin against them.

I am travelling from Delhi to Guwahati via Rajdhani express on 19 of Sept 2010. Train no.2436. PNR no: 2310908717.

My compalins are:
1. First and formost the Coach is not at all clean, bathrooms are not hyginic even dirty. No mug and soap are provided.
2. Bedrolls are not fresh even they seems to use before. No towels are supplied with bedrolls.
3. Food quality is very poor. Services are even poorer.
4. Complain book is not provided by the staff.

I have manualy logged a compalin in their compain book. Details are given below.

I hope Railway authorities will rectify and take necessary action against those complain.
