i have been trying to cancel it from 3 PM today as the train is delayed by more than 12 hours.

but everytime it shows connection problem and the process is cancelled there.

i also tried contacting on every single number listed on the website, even on 24hr customer support service. but no one seems to be there to receive the calls.

i also tried the option of offline cancellation but says one should atleast try once to cancel it online. which is not happening coz of problem with the site.

i am expecting that the ticket to get cancelled ontime and the refund of my amount
