I have booked the following ticket for the train no.2101 dated 13/08/2010 which has been resheduled on 14/08/2010 for this reson i'm not willing to travel with this resheduled timings therefore you are requested to cancel this ticket and credit rs.388 (full amount) to my account.I have also booked a return ticket with the pnr number 6245645906 dated14/08/2010.As being i could not reach to the destination as per the shedule.In the first instance i have cancelled this ticket for which i have been debited an amount of rs.78 (deducted amount) which is again not justified therefore i request to credit 388+78=466 to my account.Since whatsever reason at your end the service is not availed by me hence my claim is justified.
