Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a ticket on Oct 16th 2011 for travelling on 5th Nov 2011 from Khurda road junction to Kharagpur. But when i went to baord the train i was informed the train is being diverted and will not be train will not be travelling in the mentioned route. When i have filed a TDR i am getting a refund of Rs 166 only when the fare was Rs 344.

As per my understanding i have filed a TDR since i have not travelled due to route divertion hence i expect a full refund for my fare. If the train was not diverted i have travelled in the same train. Ideally the tickets should have been auto cancelled and full amount should have been credited but that didn't happen.
