Sir,
I am a contractor of Railway dept at Ajmer and I have worked at Marwar JN but railway has not given payment and dept has told me to stop the work because they did not have funds and after that dept impossed penelty risk and cost on me and stopped all my payments about 10 lacs and till today I have not received please tell me that how can I get money and what to do for it. Help.
