I hope my complaint will be taken seriously and action would be taken accordingly.
I sent a Motorcycle (Royal Enfield - Thunderbird) using Railway's Parcel service from Kathgodam (Uttarakhand) station to Bangalore City Railway Station on 12th April 2011. The receipt/builty no. is 311140. The bike was supposed to go from Kathgodam R.S. to Old Delhi R.S. to New Delhi R.S. to Bangalore R.S.

Its been a week since I am inquiring about the status of my bike from concerned people in Railways, but, unfortunately, I haven't got any clear cut answers from these people. I contacted Bangalore R.S. Parcel office and a person told me that I need to go to the R.S. and look for the bike myself. Even I gave him the Builty no. he said, "saare documents lekar R.S. pahuch jaao (which is 25 KM from my home in Bangalore) aur dekh lo bike apni, hum nahi bata sakte aise". He mean I should go every day to the R.S. and look the status by myself. This was disappointing.

I then contacted Mr. Amar Singh in Old Delhi R.S. Parcel office on 17th and he confirmed me after calling him several times that my Bike is still in Old Delhi R.S. On asking why it is taking too much time to forward it to New Delhi, he said " Abhi to 4 hi din hue hain, bhej denge araam se jab bhi mauka milega" . I was shocked by hearing such words of a Government official who is not taking his job seriously, neither is concerned of the public he serves.

Mr. Amar Singh referred me to Mr. Bahadur Singh (Old Delhi R.S.) and asked me to call him on Monday 18th and get the status from him. I called Bahadur Singh on 18th and he told me that he will look and tell me on 19th. I called him again on 19th and again he told me to call on 20th and he'll update me the status. Today I called him and he said that my Bike is still in Old Delhi R.S. and they will move it forward to New Delhi or Nizamuddin R.S. today. For further inquiry I'll require to contact people in concerned R.S. of whom I do not have any contact number neither he gave me.

I don't know what should I do in this case, whom to speak and how to get my work done. I am not sure if I'll get my bike in Bangalore or not or whether its going to take a month or more.

Can you please help me out in this case and take required actions.

On 1.10.2011, booked a spares of furnace (Air nozzles) 4 Nos through rail from Bombay to Durg and its
docket No. is C 668094 dtd. 1.10.2011. The same had despatched through the Gitanjali express on 2.10.11, but the same had not unloaded at Durg Station & ultimately that reached at Howrah (Kolkatta) now.

When asked about the material, officials of Durg station is least bothered and they says that they are not responsible for the same. Such type of irresponsible officials never co-operate to public and ultimately we are the sufferer.

Now the question is when we got the material from Kolkata (lying in the station)? Kindly confirm it and provide instruction to the officials of Kolkatta for its loading & the officials of Durg for its unloading.

Because it was an urgent item for equipments and hoping your prompt action as early as possible so that we can utilize the same .

One of my relative booked a scooter vide biuly no. A028788 dated 17.10.2011 from Alwar to Hajipur.His PNR no was 265-4998753 and name is Sh. P.K.Tiwari. Till date he has neither received his scooter nor he got any information about its whereabout?

Dear sir/madam,

I had booked my bullet motorcycle by railway parcel on 18th feb 2012, from new delhi railway station to bialspur railway station and they assured me that it will be delivered on 20th feb 2012, and for fast delivery they charged 3 times more amount than usual, I was sending the parcel for the first time, thats why I was not aware of the frieght charges.
Now, when I went to bilaspur station for recieving my byk it was not there and when I asked the parcel yard officer he told me that your byk has been overcarried to vishakhapattanm, and now it depends on the officer of vishakhapatnam railway station to despatch the byk, and they said "hum bhi tabhi help kr skte hn apki jb ap hmari koi help krenge", indirectly they were asking for the money, its been 5 days I am facing this problem, I am living in raigarh and it is not possible for me to go to the bilaspur station daily to find my bike, I daily make a phone call to the bilaspur railway station, but they do not answer me correctly, they want money to forward the request to vishakhapatnam railway station, I dont knw what to do now, I hope you will help me..

Builty no. is 0955551, dated 18th feb2012 from new delhi railway station.
