    Now, I am planning to complain against both parties bacause of the very much delay in delivery of ticket. You people are not able to respond me about the status of ticket through mail/phone. I am looking to consumer forum to register a complain and fine too.

    Default No refund

    Sir,
    I'd booked 2 tickets to Bangalore on the 25th of October, 2010. I cancelled one of them and subsequently booked another one. I received a mail from your office that the refund amount has been credited to my account within 3 working days. Till date I haven't got the money. Which bank has it been credited to? I used my State Bank of India credit card and I checked my State bank account but nothing has been credited there. The details of my ticket is given below :
    Ticket vide PNR 4222702205 has been issued to electronic payment gateway on 06 Nov2010.
    I don't have a citibank or an ICICI bank account.
    Hoping to receive a favorable rely soon.
