I have booked e-ticket through IRCTC from kanpur central to Bhagalpur on 25/12/2009. The journey date was 02/01/2010, but train was late by more than three hours at kanpur due to some accident took place near kanpur. My PNR No. and Trans.ID is 2630023799 and 0170128219 respectively. Then i filed a TDR on 03/01/2010 but no refund was made to till date. This has been almost five months and despite repeated calls and emails sent to IRCTC nothing happend. Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
