I have not travelled from pune to shegaon due to train delay.The train is late daily & I called railway for train time confirmation & they confirmed train is late by 8-10 hours & you can cancel the ticket & you will get full refund.Now after aplying for refund(6 months ag)o my refund is rejected saying train is on time.This is really sorry state.

i have written so many times,but the same reply that train was on time.

please help
