Hello,
Today (06/5/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket of 12877 RNC GARIB RATH FROM Ranchi to New Delhi boarding on 6/5/2011 at New Delhi in 3A for Priyanka . Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD an error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirm ticket for which amount Rs 874/-has been already deducted under the reference POS PRCH POS 028089902580 IRCTS ON DATED 07.10.2010 from my account but the ticket is not generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with either confirm ticket as requested or refund the same amount in my account

Expecting a reply response as soon as possible.
