Refund of Wait list ticket been refused to pay
I have filled a TDR no 288864 (againt PNR number 8242952570)on 10 may 2010.and been assured that I will receive the refund but today I have received a letter from Commercial Dept Railways that I have not surrendered my ticket in max 12 hour.
While wait list ticket TDR can be filled in 90 hrs.
