Dear Sir,

I want to draw your attention towards a very common issue faced by all on booking tatkal tickets online.
When you try to login at 8:00AM it will say "service unavailable till 8:15Am (by that time all tatkal tickets
will already be booked and no one will be able to book ticket.
Please take a serious action and ask ITCTC that why general public can not book tatkal tickets....
