Sir/Madam
Six tickets were booked for HAWARA to PURI on Dtd 19-8-2008. PNR Number was 6218438478 and Transaction ID was 0062021852.

These tickets were in wait listed and same were not confirmed before starting the journey, except first ticket was confirmed in RAC.

We were travelled together. Hence, confirmed RAC ticket passenger was not travelled.

IRCTC has been not refunded any amount of the wait listed (tickets were not confirmed before starting the journey) five tickets as well as not travelled confirmed RAC. Hence, I was filed a TDR as confirmed by customer care centre of IRCTC.

The TDR was filed on dtd 27-Oct-2008.IRCTC refunded only Rs.305 against TDR. The refund amount is only of RAC ticket but other waitlisted tickets refund is not processed till date and TDR is in the stage of CCM registered.

The reply of IRCTC is

[Dear customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 6218438478 has been reopened & forwarded to CCM/ECO Railway on dt. 31-jul-2009. We have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt. 31.07.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt. 10.03.10 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

sir,
my pnr number is 432-7988843, my journey is scheduled on 20-4-2011.
My ticket is waitlisted so i couldnot board the train. when i wanted to cancel the ticket in the irctc it was not cancelling. i tried to file TDR also but it is also not happening.. what should i do to refund my money...
