As per a promotional scheme launched by irctc, we get an instanty cash back of 10% on booking of a flight ticket.

But i have booked my ticket on 06.05.10, the cash back refund for the same has still not yet been received after about one months.

Pl. Help me to claim the same from irctc.co.in.
