THIS IS THE CASE WHEN TRAIN CANCELED DUE TO BHARAT BAND. IN SPITE OF SENDING REMINDER & MAKING PHONE CALLS , THIS IS ALMOST 4 MONTHS PASSED AWAY STILL I DID NOT RECEIVE THE THE MONEY BACK .THIS IS HAPPENED WITH ME ,I AM SURE MANY MORE CASES ARE PENDING WITH IRCTC.SO CALLED MOST TRUSTED GOVT.SITE. SIR I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME IN GETTING BACK THE MONEY BACK?

The train was canceled due to GUJJAR Agitation and accordingly I was informed by the railways that refund will be made and despite doing all formalities and several emails/telephone calls I am yet to receive the refund.
