I have been denied TDR Refund which i had filed, on account that the passenger had traveled on that ticket.

But passengers could not travel by that train because of some confusion on the date of journey, and all the three passengers again got the ticket booked for 10th Nov 2011 (the second day) and boarded that train at 22:45 from Lucknow to reach Mumbai.

How can somebody travel consecutive two days from same station covering distance of more 1400 km.

Thus it seems that some other passengers were facilitated for travelling on this PNR Number.

Could somebody let me know how to proceed on this matter further. I have written mail to TDR team twice but they denied to refund my money.

Also could somebody advice how to get PNR number for i-ticket.
