I have filed TDR one year ago still i am waiting for compensation.Now i want the whole amount with interest and also i hav efaced mental stress also.After sending of 3-4 mails no response got.pl do needful.this is my mailing detail

I booked ticket in IRCTC PNR NO 4228932738 on 08-05-11 from WL to raipur While booking it is is waiting list and when i wants to cancel the ticket it was confirmed and cancelation was not possible. So, iam trying to file TDR for refund as I didn't travelled from 8AM of 09-05-2011 it was not possible as IRCTC not available. So, i request you to consider my request and refund the amount.
