This is in reference to the TDR file on 17th feb,2010.
the TDR Ref No.are ekt 2010021701062031 & ekt 2010021701062032
the refund sought for PNR NOs-6235096790 & 6334866595 vide the refered TDR is still awaited.
even after the period of six months the refund has not been made which is very deplorable and disappointing considering the modern on line facilities available.
