i onkar kushwaha booked ticket for from deoria to new delhi of journey date 21.03.11 from my irctc a.c.
due to some problem i couldnot able to travel and tried to cancell my ticket but it could not happened as server of irctc was down.
later i filed tdr for same on date 20.03.11 before journey date but till now i didnot got my refund.

so please help me out to get the refund.
