I filed TDR because Train Diverted and not came to Secunderabad Station due to "Rail Roko Bandh" on 1st March 2011 at Andhra Pradesh.
i called around 50 times to IRCTC Help line 011 39340000 and written mail around 30 times to 'tdrprocess@irctc.co.in" but they tell only that we forwarded concern to railway department.
Some of the IRCTC help line employee told me that we are not responsible for refund and you can talk to railway department, once i called to them they told to followup with IRCTC.
Please look into this matter seriously as it is going to complete 1 year and there is no any satisfactory answer from IRCTC/Railway.
