TDR IRCTC not refunded even after 3.5 months
Hi,
I had filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2011 for a ticket pnr no. 6457469079. But till today 13th october the status is CCM Registered. And the same status is from more than 3 months.
I have attached the TDR Detail page.
Please guide me when i will be refunded.
