I would like to complain here agianst IRCTC.
I have booked an E-ticket from IRCTC on 08.09.2010 PNR No. 2639501344 Journey date 10.09.2010. train Name. Orissa sampark kranti, train No. 2820.from New Delhi to Kanpur Central. Amount 544Rs. ser chrg- 20 Rs
But train was delayed for 13 hours on that day.
I tried to cancelled the ticket but it was not possible on same day. i have gone to IRCTC office and asked for ticket cancellation but they refused and told that for that I have file TDR.I requested him to take the ticket but they refused.
I purchased another ticket for Swarn Shatabdi Exp for the same day and travelled by that train.
The next day I have filed the TDR(11.09.2010).
As per rule if the train is delayed more than 3 hours I should get the complete refund.
But after four month I got the refund only for 272 Rs.
I again wrote mail to them but didn't got any reply.

Now I am very much disappointed from IRCTC and worrying while booking ticket from their site.
Request you to kindly look into it and help me to get my refund.
