Dear sir
I had booked one ticket from mirzapur to Tatanagar on 01.05.210 and the date of journey was 01.06.2010. The PNR no.was 2634715385 .
Unfortunately my train missed due to I reached to station a little bit late.
I filed TDR on 02.06.2010 and sir from that date I have not received my 50% refund amout uptill now even sending several emails.
IRCTC is a negligate site it does not helping its customers for getting back their refund amount through TDR process.
Yesterday I thrended IRCTC that I am going to logged a complaint in to consumer forum, but sir they did not replied me at all. because they know that nothing is going to be against them.
Sir here I am sending you the detail of my ticket and TDR file
