Hi,

This with respect to the TDR refund of above E-ticket. As the TDR was filed with the Reason
as : Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled, I was supposed to get
refund of full fare. However, the actual amount refunded in this case has been 50% of fare.
Kindly process refund of remaining amount asap.
