Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a frequent traveller of Indian Railway and making my all tickets thr IRCTC site. I have filed 3 nos. of TDR since Jan'11 but no money has been refunded till date. Initially IRCTC would used to reply my mails, just by saying " refund in progress or forwarded to railway" but now a days I'm observing that all the mails are bouncing back from their id (care@irctc.co.in) & upon investigating I came to know that my mail id has been marked as abuse their & thus the mails are bouncing back. This is very much harassing in nature & they even don't have the courtesy to inform the status to the passenger or to expedite the same. A strong action should be initiated against this type of falsification whereas the max. days for refund is mentioned as 90 days. I hereby attach my 3 ticket details with the status for your doing the needful.
