I booked e-ticket through ORIENT TRAVELS, GUWAHATI from Anand Vihar TRM to Guwahati. At last moment train was cancled but till dated I didn't got my payment refund. Travel agent told me due to you not claimed for refund in same day therefore your refund process will pushing back to 3/4 month. But till date i got no response neither from IRCTC nor from agent.
