On 03.08.11 ,I booked a ticket with PNR. No -6161641290 .Ticket was from Mughalsarai to Agra fort dated 13.08.11 in Train No-03281 (RJPB ALL SF SPL).On 13.08.11 when we reached Mughalsarai station ,we came to know that the Train No-03281 which was a special train & run for a certain period of time only & Train had already completed its decided period one week earlier & it was not running on 13.08.11.The work was very Urgent & couldn't be postponed . Although, I have filed TDR but haven't received money.Kindly take necessary action.
