    Hi Sandeep,
    I completely agree with you.
This has happened to me also. Although I was lucky. I very well know these illiterate and rude TTEs of Indian Railways, So I took the print-out of the ticket and the image version in my mobile x2 (which is a 5 Mega Pixel Camera mobile).
When I showed the image-version of my ticket, the tte said that it is not acceptable, I politely told him that it is mentioned on irctc web-site and moreover it will save around 3 Lakh papers per day if we follow the practice, but he rudely replied to me that he can show me the "circular". He was asking for 50 rs fine, then I took the print-out and he was happy.
I also request the owner of this forums to please take action against such bad TTEs so that the passengers can travel comfortably.
