Dear Sir,


I would like to inform you that on dated 23.08.2010 at 6.15 am when I came to board the train at khar Rd ,the station once known among fellow commuters for its cleanliness to my surprise found so unclean & unhygenic therefore I approached the station master he was the same person whom I complimented a month before for the neatness of the station on equiring he appologised and regretted he is having no cleaning staffwith him.

I request the railway authorities to kindly look into the matter & depute adequate staff for keeping the staff clean.
