Unfair Reservation System in Computerized Railway Reservation System in Faridabad (Old Faridabad) Station counter can be seen. All the four counters are conquered by the private agents (Dalals). The following was seen :-
(a) The main gate of the Computerized Railway Reservation counter of Faridabad Station is opened by the 'Dalals', not by the railway staffs or by the CRPFs.
(b) The Railway Reservation Forms are distributed by the private agents (Dalals).
(c) These 'Dalals' used to reserve 5-10 forms at a time from the counter and the Reservation Staffs accept this.

My Question :-
(a) Is the key of the main gate is in the possession of the private agents (Dalals)?
(b) Are the Railway authority aware of these incidents happening in Faridabad (old Faridabad) Station?
(c) What is the role of the CRPFs?
