Respected Sir/Madam,
I had registered myself with USER NAME: Yatindixit with IRCTC long back and using for booking of my tickets quite often.
Suddenly they LOCKED my User ID and I had reqested through Customer Care n-number of times through e-mail and telephonically NOBODY is telling why this User ID was locked.
I have heard that: When somebody files a TDR irctc gets confirmation from concerned Railway counters and get confirmation whether passenger has travelled or not. In case they get the information that passenger has travelled, they treat this case as fraud and canceL/BLOCK their User ID - Generally if the passenger has not reported on train TTs allog that birth to someone else without mentioning in their chart which becomes a record that original passenger has travelled - This is not justified reason to cancel/block user ID based on this information. IF MY USER ID is blocked with this reason, the matter may please be taken up with IRCTC and stop them taking ONE-SIDED decisions.
Secondly, There should be some Contact Nos/E-mail IDs of Sr. Officials of IRCTC so that they could be contacted for any urgent solution.
Thirdly: While filing TDR there should be a remark column so that one can mention the details of his Non-Travel ( at least he can tell that I have travelled with this train so it is automatically confirmed that person has not travelled in the train for which TDR is being filed.
