The new platform at Mira Road, Platform No. 4 is very low and boarding the train at platform 4 is very dangerous as the height is very high to climb. Many working commuters during rush hours & elder people find it very difficult to get into the train due to the big gap (one and half foot) between the platform & foot board of the local trains. Many have fallen during peak hours as they cannot climb/board the train

This platform No. 4 at Mira Road, District Thane needs to be raised asap to avoid any death.
