Why irctc is not upgarding its transction way
This is 3rd time i am facing problem in booking tickets money got deducted everytime and tickets are not booked and we need to pay sevice tax to banks every time.This is disgusting with india's biggest site.Please refund all money(with service tax) atleast within 24 hr we need to wait so long for that.
