Hello,

I am Sunil Salunkhe residing at Ulhas Nagar. On Sunday while I am travelling to Kalyan in the evening around 5.00 to 5.30 entering ticket window for Kalyan, lady sitting in the window refusing me to giving ticket she also asked some other passenger to get the their tickets from the man sitting near smart card machine for travelling between Kalyan to Badlapur. Then what is the use of that bloody ticket window.There might be some corruption is going on. And the way that lady response I really feel upset and insulted.Kindly check the matter and also hoping the quickest action.
