It is so very impossible to get an auto in the peak morning time from 7.30 am to 10.00 am to go to Thane station from Vasant Vihar, Pokhran Rd 2 in Thane. Are we at mercy of these auto rickshaw wala's even after paying the exhobitantly increased auto fare. This has become a regular painfully excercise for residents of this area. Now that rainy season is on, these richshaw wala's are harrasing the passengers by refusing to go to station. Male, Females, College going student, Elderly people all are facing this mental and physical trauma every day morning. Request you to look into this matter and resolve this problem ASAP.
