We have booked taxi at 7am for travel of 9.00am... But it didn't came at that time... We have contacted minimum 8 to 10 times... Always they say in 5 min it will reach... But till 11am no one turned up... We got very frustrated by their response...

We booked a Cab for CHennai Call Taxi........They didn't come in time... Also while call they informed 5km - 100.. While droping the Call, they informing minimum charges as Rs.150.... Disgusting. Don't try Chennai Call taxi.. A SUGGESTION TO ALL.

I had called in at 9.30 am for booking a cab at 10.30 am. One guy took the number down, confirmed my pick up point and time. At 10.30 am, there was no call or cab. Hence I called in with the booking number I was given.

I was rudely shocked since the booking number was for a different trip! They never took my booking! As a result they are still "trying" to send the cab at this very time. I would have reached my destination even if I had taken a cycle rickshaw by now.

I had a similar experience, but they had the right booking number, right place. Cab driver called me 10 minutes before pickup time to check the time, but he showed up 45 minutes late and I missed my train.
