I have booked a cab (booking id 2418) from my residence to the nearest railway station in bangalore on 20th Dec 2010 at 5:15pm. Since, my parents had to catch the train, I told them not to cancel the cab at the last moment. The cab was ordered for 7:45pm on the same day. Instead of the receiver assuring me that they wont cancel the booking, they did exactly the same at 7:17pm, that too by dropping just a message to my number. They were so careless that they haven't even called me and told about the cancellation. I had to run and catch autos in the last moment, which was terrible experience in itself.
When contacted they were giving useless excuse of not having the taxi in that area. In that case they cud have informed me within 30 min from when I ordered the cab.
Their unprofessional attitude towards the customer is really painful. Please take action against them.
