    Default Complaint against Mega Cabs (New Delhi)

    I had booked a cab today from my office in gurgaon (building no 22, tower A, DLF Cyber City, DLF Phase III, gurgaon - 122002) till Faridabad from Mega Cab agency (011-41414141)...on my way, the cab driver stopped at a CNG station at Lado Sarai, New Delhi (near Qutub Minar) for re-fueling at 8pm in the evening. When i refused the cab driver from stopping at the CNG station, he told me that the car had no fuel (CNG / petrol) and since there was no petrol pump in the vicinity, he was left with no option. So I had to stand there for more than 40 minutues at such a late hour - and this is all when at the time when i had booked the cab (7.30 pm) or at the time of boarding the cab, i was not informed of the fact that the cab would need to take a pit stop a CNG station on the way. More so, when i called the cab agency to logde my complaint, they refused to take a note of the same and could only apologize for the situation. As for an alternate cab, they told me none was available till atleast half an hour.

    Trust some necessary action would be taken in this regard as this was truly an ordeal considering the time i lost due to this mess-up and the endangerment to my security as it was quite late in the evening.

    Default Mega Cab is the worst thing in Delhi

    I am also from Gurgaon and I booked a cab from MegaCab as I had to take a flight to Kolkata on 4th Feb, 2011, and I booked for the pick up at 6 o'clock in the evening. After talking to them several times I go a SMS at 5:55 pm regarding my booking detail. It says : "Dear Customer, (Booking No-B000033) Your cab DL 1RX 3489, chauffeur Yogender with cell 9811561119 will reach you as scheduled."
    After waiting a while I got a call from that Mr. Yogender, telling that he is stuck in traffic jam and will be little delayed. So I asked him, and he confirmed that he won't be delayed more than 20-25 minutes.
    And I waited and waited, then he again called me up, and started to tell me that it is not possible for him to reach me, and I must contact his center for further query. And he hung up.
    I tried and tried to call MegaCab office, but they did not pick up. I tried at least 25 times to talk to them, and every time I got a recorded voice speaking that everyone is busy.
    I again called up that Mr Yogender, and to the height of my astonishment I got a reply that - I have already cancelled the cab, and that Yogender fellow told me he already picked up a new passenger. I asked him, who the hell told him I cancelled the cab? And he told me, it was their center that sent him new passenger details, by cancelling my booking.
    I was at a fix, and there was nobody to answer my call when I tried to reach Mega cab again and again and again and again - they indeed have a very good system of auto replying technology when they don't want to receive a call from their clients.
    I will definitely tell all my friends not to opt for that company while booking a Cab. But the authority must take a very strong step against them, and I will suggest this company should be suspended infinitely to stop them harassing common people.

    Default Mega Cabs Unprofessional behaviour

    I had booked mega cab today morning at 8:30am for pick up at 12:30pm. Call centre representative had confirmed that the cab will be available & i was sent booking confirmation number via SMS. At 12:15 i get a call from a strange number informing that the car will not be available now...If that was the case they should have informed non availablity in the morning it self. 15 to 20 minutes prior no other radio cab would come.

    I called up call centre they informed that my booking not cancelled & they again connected me to this same strange person who said that the booking confirmation number doesnt mean that the cab is booked for you.

    Such a unprofessional behaviour of mega cab forces me to stop using their services forever.

    There should some kind of punishment for such cab services for wasting peoples time

    Default Treasure cab booking and dispatch system

    well all the cab services are not like the way u r mention there are several cab services also there the thing is there are blacksheeps everywhere and one should realize this Treasure cab booking and dispatch system
