I had booked a cab today from my office in gurgaon (building no 22, tower A, DLF Cyber City, DLF Phase III, gurgaon - 122002) till Faridabad from Mega Cab agency (011-41414141)...on my way, the cab driver stopped at a CNG station at Lado Sarai, New Delhi (near Qutub Minar) for re-fueling at 8pm in the evening. When i refused the cab driver from stopping at the CNG station, he told me that the car had no fuel (CNG / petrol) and since there was no petrol pump in the vicinity, he was left with no option. So I had to stand there for more than 40 minutues at such a late hour - and this is all when at the time when i had booked the cab (7.30 pm) or at the time of boarding the cab, i was not informed of the fact that the cab would need to take a pit stop a CNG station on the way. More so, when i called the cab agency to logde my complaint, they refused to take a note of the same and could only apologize for the situation. As for an alternate cab, they told me none was available till atleast half an hour.
