Dear Sir,

We booked a easycab- bangalore to Railway station drop on 7th June, pick up at 5am earliy morning to catch train at 6am.
cab was booked on 6th evening & booking confirmation was given B0000236, but 7th june at 4.30 am we receive a mesg that due to non availabilty of cabs, booking is decline , we faced lot of problem & with heavy luggage we had struggled to get another cab paying allmost 4 times for that distance, moreover it was very difficult to magange the panic situation.
