Sir/Madam,

I booked a cab on July 4th through Easy Cabs for my travel on July 5th at 8:30am from G M Palya (BairaSandara) to Embassy Golf Link Tech Park under reference no. A070502428. My booking was confirmed through a SMS and I was told that half hour prior to my travel, I'll be receiving a SMS with chauffer and the cab details. I waited till 08:06am and when I didn't receive any SMS, I called the easycabs on 080-43434343 and told them my problem. The representative put me on hold for 2-3 minutes and then informed me that due to some technical inconvenience, my booking has been cancelled.
I had planned to shift my luggage and also i had some important work at office. But due to this, I wasn't able to get a cab or an auto until 10 and I couldn't shift my luggage and I also reached office late.

This is not the first time, I am facing this. These people send all their cabs to airport now and then and cancel the bookings. This time I want to take an action against them.
