I m very sorry to say but Easy Cabs Service is totally IRRESPONSIBLE and UNRELIABLE service provider. The booking staff itself was less informative, less confident and dull. Moreover, the cab no. 2730, which had been booked by me did not turn up at all. I was worried as to how will i get another cab so early in the morning at 3:30 am as i had to reach the domestic airport. when i tried calling the driver, his phone was switched off. when called at d booking center for status information, even the person there was very much less informative, less confident. he could not even arrange another cab for us, instead sent a message to ignore the car details as they have some technical errors. all dis early morning 3:30 am.
Thankfully, i immediately contacted another cab service providing company who within a very short period arranged a cab for me.

We have booked Easy cab to go to Mumbai airport from Andheri East. We got a SMS with driver id and cab number one hour before the scheduled time. Within two minutes of this message, we got aq call from the assigned driver and told us that he is Powai and he cannot come. He asked us to call the comapny again and ask for another cab. When we call the service, they said it wil take another two hour for them to send the cab. This type of customer service or cab service is ot acceptable and we were forced to look for other means of transport to airport at the last minute.

anubrata_das; we too faced a similar problem. we had booked a cab from goregaon to trombay. the mobile number of the cabbie given in the confirmation SMS was wrong. Also, even after waiting for 2 hours there was no trace of the cab. we desperately called up the call centre, but the automated IVR would engage for 10 min or so every time and none of our calls were answered.

Most irresponsible cab provider. No info about the cab details were forwarded. We had to call the service provider. Only then were we told that there is no cab available. They said that an sms will be sent to us for that however as of now we have recd no sms.
