1). The Easy Cabs cancel the booking at last moment .

2). Even though you call for advance booking 48 hours before scheduled time they will simply refuse

3). They sms car no with phone no of driver but when you call the driver he simply says that he has

another duty surprisingly when you call the call centre they apologise that it was computer error

and they do not have any answer that who will pay the charges for loosing a train / flight

4). Easy cabs has outdated Esteems & Versas with pathetic ac and pathetic condition of cabs

5). Easy Cabs should be challaned heavily by traffic police as there drivers drive very rash more during early morning and late nights

6). The drivers are drunk also and are underage with no driving license as they are helpers of actual drivers

7) PLS DO NOT BOOK EASY CABS AT ALL

Yes, fully agree with you and have experienced similar problems with Easycabs on 25th June. So its a common thing with them and they should stop running the service. If we consumers get together, we can stop them from doing business.

Dear All Cab Users, I also faced similar cancellation by Easy cabs today, 16th October 2010 in Bangalore. I booked through Telephone at about 9 am in morning and booking number was 1114 for a pickup at 5:30 pm. Even till 6 pm the driver did not turn up and whan I approached their call centre number, they simply state that this booking can not be serviced due to non-availability of vehicles.

I had my old aged mother in law, other family members and was stranded at kengeri for nearly one hour trying to make alternate arrangement.

Absolute negligence towards to customer by Easy Cabs.

to those who still would like use such services, my suggestion is that please call Easy Cabs as a reminder atleast 1 hour before scheduled pickup time so that if you smell the chances of trouble, atleast you can plan alternatives.

I had booked a cab from Banaswadi to Yeshwantpur and back. While booking I had clearly mentioned that the requirement included a 30 minute waiting time at the station. The booking reference number was A060854621. Accordingly the cab arrived at 3 pm and we set off for Yeshwantpur and reached there at 4 pm. I picked up my guests and boarded the cab again at 4.30 pm and we were back at Banaswadi at 5.15 pm. The meter said Rs. 600, but the cab driver asked me to pay Rs. 800! He was not willing to give me a printed bill either - said he was out of printer ink. His reason was that because of the waiting time, my booking was converted to a 4 hours package deal, which is Rs. 800. I was shocked, because first of all, the total time the cab was used by us was 2.5 hours and secondly the wait time had been mentioned during my reservation itself and no one had told me about any package deal. I called up the call center but that did not help. They claimed that the car had stopped at traffic signals at some places and so the waiting time had shot up! I had guests with me and it was getting embarrassing, so I paid him Rs. 800 and took it as a lesson - I am NEVER going to book Easycabs again.

i made an booking in mumbai yesterday,booking id B070501756,car no 9813, chauffeur no 9322415966,i was told u tht the cab will reach me withn 30mints i called the driver he said he will b there within 20mints thn i called him again he told me he is stuck in traffic at sv road and he will take another 30 mints,wht is all this made an telephonic complaint but no reply from ur side,just check & revert.
