I had booked a cab for 9 30 am from kandivali west to andheri east via the easycab online site.
My booking id was A101313292.
I called up the customer care at nearly 8 20 am to confirm whether my booking was fixed or not. The executive said that i will get the message whether my booking is confirmed or not at approximately 1 hour before my booking time ie by 8 30 am.
I did not get the message. I called up once again at nearly 8 50 am.
i was told that i'd get the message in another 5 minutes.
I did not. I called up once again. I was never told clearly that my cab was confirmed or not.
My grievance is that atleast a customer should be informed in proper time so that if the booking is not confirmed, he can make other arrangements. If i cancel my confirmed booking i am charged or blacklisted. Why is this so?
