I booked a taxi in Bangalore on the previous day for June 25th morning and got a confirmation on the mobile phone. On 25th morning the taxi did not turn up and when I called up, the operator informed me that the booking was cancelled and a text messaage has been sent half hour before (at 5 AM). The message about cancellation arrived at 8.06 am when I was in the train to Chennai. This is the most unreliable company and will leave you high & dry in the last minute. Suggest you never use Easycabs for your travel needs.
