This is to bring to your kind notice, that I Deepti Verma,booked a cab on 15th August, Booking no-141698, from New delhi railway station to Dwarka sector-10 at 11:30am, I was being sent a sms for the confirmation with the above given boking id, with the cab no-DL 1YB 2426, driver name- Bajrang and mobile no-9212836377. So we were waiting for the cab, but no cab came, when I called up the driver at 11:45am and asked him that where he is, he replied, "madam aaj to meri chutti hai, main to nahi aa paunga, aur waise bhi meri gadi to kharab padi hai, sorry main to nai aa sakta". So is it a joke cracked by mango cabs on us?

It was independence day and you people also know that the frequency of the public transport is not good especially in the morning hours. Me and my mother were waiting for the cab and no cab came and also I had a flight for Calcutta, which I could have missed. Then we faced so many difficlties in going back home. Iam sorry to say that ur mango cab's service is very poor and disappointing. The another`reason why Iam writing to u is that I need a compensation from mango cabs for an amount of rs.20,000. I dont know anything, If Iam not getting this from mango cabs hope to see a quick and positive reply from your side.
