I never had booked a cab until yesterday i.e. 14th jun 2011. I booked the cab in morning at about 10.00 a.m. and got reference number also. And i reconfirmed the booking two times during the day, in the evening even at 5.30, the telecallers kept on telling me that u will receive sms within five mnts And at exactly at 6.00 p.m. Mega cab driver is calling me and telling madam the vehicle has got some problem and hence we can not come to pick you up !! Please stop fooling and cheating them. Despite the confirmed booking, if the cab can not reach and that too at a time when there were no issues of any heavy rain fall etc. if this is how these guys are going to behave then no wonder they will have to shut down the shop very soon. Any way no one prefers booking the mega cab, and everyone want to book meru cab. The reason is very simple. Because they are much more trustworthy, customer friendly and at least never ditch in the last moment. If their vehicle has got some problem they will immediately arrange for another vehicle for customer. And Mega cabs are not even bothering to give a notice to customer that cab would not be able to come. Pathetic and disgusting !
