I had undergone a surgery and had to visit the hospital for the checkup at 9.30 in the morning which is about 2km from my residence, when asked my meru I was told that there were no cabs available till 12.45 in the afternoon.
Just a few mins later when I called back Meru to check if there was a cab available to the airport at 9.30 in the morning which is about 40kms from my residence and pat came the reply that they would send the cab details immediately and take the booking...
Well the cab came in from thin air at the same time.
I have registered a complaint in the meru complaint cell which has my mobile number as the complaint number. I have not received any reason for the Cab not being available for a patient to the hospital close by and the same cab being available for a Airport a good 40kms.

Guess Meru should advertise that they are available only for long distance.
