I booked a Meru cab on 16th May 2010 from Lokhandwala to Ghodbunder Rd for a pick up at 1145am only to be left deserted by your driver at Powai under the pretext of tyre puncture!
I was accompanied by my parents who are both senior citizens one is a heart patient and other is arthiritis stricken.
Like what kind of reliability are we talking if the driver can't wait till we find another cab? or call the backup team (if there is one that is). I can only thank god that it was daytime so we could walk and find ourselves another cab.
I dont think I can ever rely on Meru again.

I think first of all you need to find the taxi driver who is self-employed or what, because those self employed possess a care of nature or if you are finding something else please find here
