"Dont Rely on us" should be the tag line of Meru Cabs in Bangalore.

They take bookings with ease, but now on 5 occasions I have not been sent a taxi at promised/booked.

Request all to be careful or make alternate arrangements before booking a MERU TAXI - the most UNRELIABLE taxi service in Bangalore.

I have been staying in goregaon -east for the last 8 years. I do not have a vehicle of my own. So I travel by road-either by bus/auto.

I have seen that there is share a auto facility in malad, kandivli, borivli and beyond. I do not understnad why there is no such facility in goregaon-ease/west.

we suffer a lot in the mornings/evenings and specifically in monsoon. there are several autos who do come to goregaon stn but do not go to goregaon east/ I do not know why is this so. we complain on the numbers availble but it is giving only a some sort of satisfaction. we do not know the effective application of such syustems.


plese explain me the reasons for the above and who is the competent authority to decide upon such matters.
