I, Sheena, had booked an easy cab on 19th July from Gurgaon to East of Kailash for the time 6:15pm. The cab number was 6593.
At the end of the journey, the meter showed a reading of 43.4 km and the fare being Rs. 655 + NH8 toll tax as Rs. 55. The total was Rs. 710 for which the driver explained that the way through NH8 is very long and that is the reason for such a high fare. Since I was coming for the first time by a cab, I had no clues regarding the same and thus, paid the full amount. He did not give a printed bill also saying that they give a cash memo only.
Later next day, my colleagues confirmed that the way cannot be more that 25 kms and the fare is too high.
Thus, I called up at 43434343 to complaint, to which the executive said that someone will revert in 2 days.
After 2 days, when no response came, I called up again and complained. The executive took my email id as well and assured that someone will mail in 48 hrs.
Again, all in vain. I called up for the third time on 26th July and the executive confirmed that no complaint has been made earlier in this context. Thus, I repeated the complaint for the 3rd time.

Now, I called up again today to check the status, to which the executive says that the complaint id is there but he can’t track what was the complaint.
I have no words to describe the kind of pre and post support services, Easy cab provides to customers. But must say that it is ridiculous and would never recommend Easy Cabs to anyone.
